Kearney Hearing, so far

"Earnest Kearney lost 130 chickens and pigeons, but will have his other 256 animals back at Kearney's Store in Sunnyvale by Tuesday evening."

While I can certainly understand why Mr. Kearney might consider this a victory, I'm infuriated from afar with the ruling.  It's late so more later.  After I cool off enough to write coherently.
