Calling Caroline Wedding

said Caroline Wedding, with the Marion County Humane Society. "This cold weather coming in this weekend, they're going to be happy babies...we want their lives to be heaven."

As of about 6 AM, it's 4 degrees in Rock Springs, WI; home of Wisconsin Big Cat Rescue, current or soon to be home of several of Barbara Hoffman's big cats.  That is not a typo, 4 degrees and, of course, it can get much colder there some 900 miles north of their former home.  If all goes well, the cats will get a couple of days along the road to "acclimate" to that lovely northern weather.

Ms. Wedding, were they transported in a comfy climate controlled trailer or in the open trailers y'all stole from Ms. Hoffman?  Are they there yet or are they on the road, traveling in open trailers with wind in 4 friggin' degree weather?  Do you think they'll be happier in 4 friggin' degrees than they were in 40+ degrees?  ESPECIALLY after you had them in a warm, "climate controlled" auditorium so they actually have to adjust from 80 degrees to 4 friggin' degrees!

That's some "heaven" you found for them Caroline.  Just curious, do you actually have a shelter over there for the Marion County Humane Society or is it a name on a mail drop?  Is that why all the animals "had" to be killed?  Because you don't actually have a shelter?

More later on the Wisconsin Big Cat Rescue which has quite a little history of its own.  They've already got a plea for donations on their website.  If you go there (link to be posted later), PLEASE do not click on the video as it will prompt a commercial that, no doubt, provides them with funding.  You can see the sensationalized report from Louisiana here if you really want to see it.
