The Gracia case is now on appeal before Harris County Civil Court #2. Pre-trial motions will be argued Friday morning at 11:00 A.M. (These were originally scheduled for the 15th and moved up to the 8th. Sorry about the short notice.) I expect these arguments and rulings will be quite interesting and informative to all who get the chance to attend. The court is located at:

Voir Dire (questioning of the potential jurors) is scheduled to begin on the 20th and the trial will begin immediately after the jury is seated.
