"All Americans would be required to carry health insurance, either through an employer, a government plan or by purchasing it on their own." And with those plans will come some form of ID card. Well, we all knew they'd find a way sooner or later and there it is. I love how the media is playing it down, as though some form of this with ID cards and our medical histories all neatly stored therein won't be crammed down our throats in the very near future. I have a feeling this $1,200,000,000 plan will get us little beyond those national IDs and mandated disclosure of our most personal information into a database accessible by nearly anyone who wants it.
Put your lives in order because the economic woes are about to get worse. And all the more reason to exercise as many of our rights as humanly possible, time to shove abusive government agents back into their boxes when they are going to have such ready access to our information. You gotta know they'll be adding more information to that database once it exists.
