Radical Unschooling???!!!

No formal education at all, no rules, just let the kids do what ever they want and surely they will learn what they need to all on their own initiative.  Even hygiene like tooth brushing goes out the window.  This is the latest trend in home schooling - no schooling at all.

Sounds more like teaching willful STUPIDITY to me.

I worry desperately about the growing teaching of intolerance for the last few decades but this, THIS, this concept of letting them act like heathens and patting them on the back for it.  What freaking planet is this???  Shall we move the next generation into caves and teach them to club each other and grunt to communicate?  Well, I guess not.  I'm sure all that will come quite naturally after those qualified to keep machines running die off.

I get it.  The public schools suck; private schools all have agendas and are generally EXPENSIVE.  But, there's enough friggin' stupidity and ignorance out there now; let's PLEASE not encourage STUPIDITY as a chosen lifestyle for our children!

I can't even stand the Ross commercial touting a teen couple saying how to save money by purchasing a slew of cookware when they don't know how to cook.  SAVE???  By buying something you can't use????  Do I have that much brain damage from my strokes or is that utter STUPIDITY???

Don't worry, be happy; especially by buying stuff you can't use on credit when you don't have a job.  Yeah, sure, and who's going to pay the tab for these illiterate snots after they turn 18?  Spoiled toddlers in adult bodies.  Loverly, just loverly.  Dr. Spock and most of my ancestors must be absolutely spinning in their graves right now.  OMG, I need a nap to stop my own brain from spinning.  No wonder no one has a grasp of the concept of personal property, let alone the US Constitution any more.  No one can READ!

Addendum: Are these heathen children home alone all day while the neighbors and their children are at work and school?  I guess that's one more good reason to add some more deadbolts and a security camera system so one can watch their home via the internet while at work!
