One more little post tonight/morning. I meant to get this out a few days ago but I sure hope you folks at the Conference in Arlington, TX, are being careful. I'd like to think the City of Arlington learned its lesson about seizing a large group of animals it CLEARLY didn't know how to care for after the U.S. Global Exotics seizure but... governments are slow learners.
Anyway, the City of Arlington has a number of Ordinances that seem to have been written for circuses but could be applied to others as well. I see on some of your boards that some of you support being regulated "like dog and cat laws". Well, you might want to check what's going on in the Arlington Code of Ordinances, Animals Chapter and do some asking around before you jump on that bandwagon. Many who've been long time supporters of dog and cat regulation are fast regretting that!
