There are many, many things one can do with a dead body. Grandpa Bredo died in 1989. He's currently hanging out in a TuffShed in Nederland, Colorado, and the Frozen Dead Guy Days annual festival celebrations have resumed. Check out a little celebration going on at Grandpa Bredo's digs:

I must say the concept of storing dead dogs in a freezer temporarily until disposal does seem to pale by comparison to Grandpa Bredo.
I'm still working on my Dead Dog Disposal post. I can't say I've really run across anything startling or new, any way of disposing of the dead with which I wasn't already familiar. However, compiling them and choosing which to share has become a bit of a challenge of whittling. I'd rather forgotten how many ways we humans consider as acceptable methods to deal with the dead, all of which also seem acceptable now for pets. At this point, the only thing I'm finding rather disturbing is how wasteful most of the disposal methods seem to be.
