DO NOT SUPPORT List; VOTE with your wallet

If you're stopping by to see an update on City of Arlington's seizure of U.S. Global Exotics' animals, scroll down and stop back by - much more to come.

In the meantime, a little update on the people who supplied the Ady Gil to Sea Shepherd.  First, the "rescue boat" was the Bob Barker, donated by, of course, Bob Barker who was told by Sea Shepherd: "If I had $5 million, I could put the Japanese whalers out of business."  To which Barker replied: "I have $5 million. Let's get it on."  Barker's hubris and arrogance are legendary.  In my opinion, Barker has long been a vindictive prick.  His disdain (at best) for women and employess is apparent.  Those he considers beneath him are treated poorly at best.  We are second class citizens in his book.  While holding a degree in economics, Barker has clearly never used that education having entered entertainment immediately upon graduating.  NOW, and now...

"In June 2009, Barker wrote Chief Michell Hicks of the Cherokee asking that their reservation's bear exhibit be closed.[8] On July 28, 2009, he visited the reservation and saw one of the three zoos, calling the bears' living situation "inhumane". PETA set up the visit after Barker heard from Florida congressman Bill Young, whose wife had been "appalled" by what she saw. Annette Tarnowski, the tribe's attorney general, said a federal inspector had found nothing wrong in May 2009 at two of the zoos, and that the tribe had dealt with the few violations at the third. Hicks made no promises and threatened to ban PETA if they made more trouble.[9]and also donated $5,000,000 to Sea Shepherd.  Need I say more?  (KUDOS to Chief Hicks of the Cherokee!!!)

I'd put good old Bobby Barker on my "list" but he's been camped there for years already; one of those faces and voices that will make me scramble for the remote control.

Then there's Ady Gil, co-owner of American Hi Definition Inc., one of Hollywood's leading providers of video production trucks, custom control rooms and camera systems to entertainment and corporate clients, including Jay Leno.  (Leno instantly onto my "list".)  Ady Gil donated the funds to Sea Shepherd for the purchase of the Ady Gil.  He and his company have virtually no web presence; however, his company did help make the 51st Grammy Awards program (and the Grammy's earn a place on my list).  Gil said. "Maybe we'll build my boat a little sister and call it Ady Gil II."  And then there's this: "The group's campaign to interfere in the hunt is featured in Animal Planet’s 'Whale Wars' reality show,...".

Animal Planet was already on my "list".  So now I'm adding Ady Gil and American Hi Definition, Inc.  Since I have no way of knowing what entertainment projects they are involved in, I guess I'll just have to do without all things TV, movie, VCR, and DVD.  That's probably just as well since it seems to be the "entertainers" (with their vast scientific educations and long experience driving and funding the AR machine, oh, yeah, NOPE, they don't have education and experience except at smiling into the camera).  GOOD.  Frees up lots of time to counter act them and their friends at PETA, et. al.  Oh, warning PETA and friends, we all get cranky without our "veg in front of the screen" fix.

Some of you might not be ready to go quite that far yet since he only donated $1MM.  Either way, who special on your "list"?  Post it in the comments and share!
